1. Venue Booking & Reservations

Payments: A non-refundable deposit/retainer is required to secure your requested date. No date is guaranteed or held until both a signed rental agreement and the required deposit are received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Specific timelines regarding partial refunds or rescheduling balances will be dictated by your individual venue contract.

2. Capacity & Guest Count

Guest Limit: The maximum capacity for a seated layout at Flux Event Complex is strictly 150 guests. Exceeding this limit violates local safety codes and may result in the immediate termination of the event without a refund.

3. Vendor Policy

Preferred & Outside Vendors: While Flux provides access to a curated list of Preferred Elite Vendors, clients are permitted to bring in outside vendors.

Kitchen Use: Any outside catering team utilizing our Commercial Prep Kitchen must be fully licensed and insured. Proof of documentation may be requested prior to the event date.

4. Property Damage & Liability

Client Responsibility: The client assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage caused to the venue properties, including but not limited to the 12-TV video wall, private lounge, kitchen appliances, furniture, and winery access areas, by themselves, their vendors, or their guests.

Decorations: No decorations may be pinned, taped, or nailed to the venue walls or fixtures without prior approval from venue management.

5. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, and images displayed on fluxeventcomplex.com and its staging sites are the exclusive property of Flux Event Complex. Unauthorized duplication, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
